You own your notes
Everything you write and upload belongs to you. Spark is a place to keep it, not a place that takes it. You can ask us to export or delete your notes.
Privacy & boundaries
Spark Family Season Notes is built to be a calm, private, parent-owned notebook, with honest lines around what it does and does not do. Here is the plain-language version of both.
Our promises
Everything you write and upload belongs to you. Spark is a place to keep it, not a place that takes it. You can ask us to export or delete your notes.
Nothing is sent on your behalf. You read each handoff note and approve it before it ever leaves your hands. There is no auto-sending, ever.
Spark is parent-only. Your child does not log in, is not messaged, and is not contacted through Spark. We talk to parents, full stop.
Your notes, timeline, and clips are private to you until you choose to share something. Sharing is always a deliberate step you take.
Spark helps you remember and ask. It does not provide instruction, or safety, terrain, weather, medical, or equipment advice.
Honest limits
Child videos, handled carefully
Progression clips are some of the most personal things you might keep in Spark, so we treat them with extra caution.
Until live storage is finalized, treat the pilot as an early build and only upload what you are comfortable sharing with us directly.
Resort & weather links
Links you choose to your home mountain's own official pages (hours, lessons, parking, mountain report), and simple weather with a source and a timestamp.
We never tell you a specific lesson, rental, lift ticket, or terrain choice is best, and we never make a go or no-go weather call. That is yours.
How we handle your details
This is a prelaunch summary in plain language, not a final legal policy. Questions? Email justin.whalen0@gmail.com.
